Travelling by road: (from the North via M5)
Leave the M5 at Junction 27. Follow the A361 signposted Barnstaple. Take the A39 signposted Bideford. Look out for the BIG Sheep flag on the A39 just outside Bideford.
Travelling by road: (from Cornwall)
Take the A39 past Bude signposted to Bideford. You will drive past Hartland and Clovelly. Look out for the BIG Sheep flag on the A39 just outside Bideford.
Travelling by Train:
The nearest train station is Barnstaple.
Travelling by Bus:
The only busy which drives past the BIG Sheep is the 319 stagecoach bus from Barnstaple town centre to Hartland and vice versa. The nearest bus stop is outside the church in Abbotsham, the small village where we are based. From the bus stop the BIG Sheep is a 2-3 minute walk away. However, ask the driver nicely and they will usually stop outside the car park and drop you off. This isn't a bus stop, but the drivers are usually very good if you ask nicely. |
